They keep blocking the Profile whenever they want.

They make money while hiding genuine profiles without even notifying—profiles of people who are actually serious about getting married. Meanwhile, they end up promoting those who scam and con others.

Zero stars. BEGIN: They’ll start by asking all of your personal/private info, and requiring it: Income, DOB., family income. NEXT: Once completed you’ll be locked out of your public profile until you VERIFY your info and provide a selfie. METHOD: You’ll get a message saying there’s “suspicious activity” on your account (having done nothing suspicious lol) and that you cannot access your profile until you take a selfie. DELETION: Thus you’re unable to get into the profile to delete it unless you provide selfie verification. SUGGESTION: I suggest a class action suit. The aforementioned isn’t how dating/marriage sites are supposed to function when looking to protect the info of its users.

I cant delete the interests and get a notification saying “Profile under Verification and cant be contacted “which i do not like and then you guys send push notifications saying respond to pending requests.Please update the UI or stop sending notifications for such cases

The app keeps sending unwanted upgrade emails late night and very early in the morning.there is no unsubscribe button for it. They literally want you to upgrade. They take away any free features an keep bombarding you with membership emails. And unwanted notifications even though i have personally went into all the notifications and turned off toggle buttons. They keep sending emails and messages even then.

Unable to create account and always shows attempt for account on my phone number is exceeded.

Totally useless. Did not find any suitable woman in an year. Mostly because women are all seeking out of their league types. But the app can also proactively do something about curbing the greed

You cannot see the pictures of the members even if you match with them. They ask you to pay. How crazy is that. This is the absolute worst app I’ve ever registered on. There’re other apps that are reasonably priced and don’t have such restrictions.

Horrible app. Just playing with the emotions of either the parents and or Girls. All they want is your money. In almost month and a half I see the same girls which they shared on first day. They keep asking to get premium membership which I am not interested in I wish I had read the reviews before signing up and they don’t even cancel the membership even when we called in the first 24 hours of signing up. Horrible Suckers.

Selfie verification is super bad. I took like 30 selfies and was not even accepted I have a iPhone 11 very good camera

This company charged me fraudantly and not taking any responsibility to give me refund. Yes, they have fake profiles too. I am requesting manager to contact me so I can explain. I called their customer service but their portal is not client friendly

The whole app is a scam to steal money from you all profiles are fake don’t give these people your money

I’ve installed this app 2 months ago and have been seeing a lot of Malaysian profiles. Initially I’ve accepted one match since it was matching my preferences. After talking for couple of days she starts asking me to enroll in some cryptocurrency website and provide my documents. I immediately knew it was a scam and blocked her. Similar accounts from Malaysia location have very good looking girls pictures in their profile. They send interest on their own, start chatting and later provide their number to reach out on whatsapp. If this happens, then it’s 100% a scam!!! Never in a million years will a good looking girl, from Malaysia will ever reach out on her own providing her whatsapp number. It’s too good to be true! Be careful guys!! I’m 99% sure that Jeevansathi app admins know about these fake profiles. Maybe they are a scamming app who pretend to be a matrimony app who knows….?

These people call me at 5 30 am without my permission, I don’t have the option to hide my phone number, so any creep can contact me, and has some very creepy people.. it’s a shame because there are also good profiles on it, but the cons are too bad..

This is one of the weirdest app which doesn’t really gives you a freedom to search for your match. This is full of stupid bugs which I don’t know why the team is checking. Moreover the customer care is really useless. I am still looking for resolution of my complaints

Lot of fake profiles floating around I don’t recommend this app. Please don’t share your numbers and social media info. Instead ask there parents contact and first talk to them.

They started a new membership where they will charge you 45 dollars but you won’t be able to see any contact details . I don’t get it why you would even offer such a membership which is utter useless and scamming people .

Buggy application.. many things don’t work and have stupid validation procedures. Gave up on Jeevan saathi .. they don’t care and just want your subscription money . Gave one star because I was able to upload pictures.

It’s such a bad user experience! Photos don’t get uploaded properly. It doesn’t take edited pics from your iPhone at least. Don’t know about android. It can never change my profile picture even after clicking change profile picture a gazillion times. They should close their company.

The initial version of the app was good, post the upgrade it keeps crashing. You can see quite a lot fake profiles, their pictures, identity and contact numbers are all fake. Not sure it’s created by app team to show the increase in profile. If you are legit be careful with whom you are interacting with. Plus there is zero support from app team.

I created a profile and at next login it asked documents to verify. It would not let me in or do anything until I send documents. There's no option to bypass this . This is just a matrimony not a Govt. Agency. Why would I trust and send my documents? I tried support chat and asked to delete the account. Guess what? The url link the bot gives goes nowhere (500 - server error). No humans there. So, now they have my data, don't let me do anything and who knows, they'll make an Aadhaar card on my name and use it. Shady and fraud company. Keep away from this nasty business.

This app is noting other than scam. I open my account, and they reach to me via my WhatsApp and demand for money so I decide be to pay after sometime they block my account demand for my identity and my passport, I ask my money back. they never responded.

I spent over an hour signing up and making a profile. Then the next day I tried to sign in and their system says there’s no account associated with my email address.

Horrible unethical company. They will randomly put your account on hold, won’t let you login, demand pay slips, ‘occupation letter’, ID proof etc. again and again. If you are a paid member, they will keep the account inactive as long as they like and won’t compensate you for the time delay on their end. Worst of all is that you can’t do anything and there is no support to call or ask for help. Stick to other matrimonial apps. These guys are a scam and you cannot be sure if all the data they ask will even be safe.

Latest version of Jeevansathi is not good and user friendly..previous version was good

App does not have an option to select B.S. (Engineering) degree. It has a M.S. (Engineering) option but does not have B.S. (Engineering) option available to select. I reached out to support and was told to use the B.E./B.Tech Degree instead on my profile. You can’t do a Masters without a Bachelors. So if M.S. (Engineering) option is available, then B.S. (Engineering) should be too! Why not just add the option to your app/website? Doesn’t make any sense!

The App was too good few months earlier with some sort of bugs! But now it is just money making app… literally you need to pay even to see the profiles! And the one recommended is out of the preference and daily limit is too bad… Not worth it at all….. I still remember I use to recommend but now it is not recommended at all… it’s all about how they can make money…

Just like you do not buy something if you do not see it. Here I am trying to share my life and going in completely blind. I do not think hiding pic should be choice if you are a paying customer.

2022 & you guys can’t figure out sign-in functionality with gracious exit correctly! 👏🏼 Stick to using web-interface for the next decade, based on the history of app dev & design.

Not able to see profiles without paying for it. Jeevansathi keeps changing their features now and then.

This app will force you to sign on for offers and services that you don’t want or participate. In the message they don’t give you option to decline and force you to accept it even though you don’t want. If you don’t accept it then you won’t be able to use the app. I have screenshot of message.

App is not working anymore. Kudos to designer to come up with such a worst design ever and developers did a wonderful job by making it non responsive. Its just display shimmering effects all time. Chat is the worst section never loads. 👏🏼👏🏼 Hope your UX team do a little research first before rolling out such a massive disaster. Edit: Next update is even worse app is not loading at all. Such a waste of 100$ on this crap app. Please hire better developers and designers to save your business.

The app is literally the most worthless app i have ever seen! It says to write 25 words of description, but when we do, it says weite 200 words! Like seriously? Wth? It shiuld be upto us what we need to write! Words shouldn’t matter and the app sticks so much! It’s really annoying!

Be aware scam alert!!!!! People steal your information from jeevanasathi profile and contact on WhatsApp with their own scam matrimonial match’s

Without giving any prior notice and even submitting my ID, payslip and education certificate- these folks deleted my profile and I being a paid user. Totally unacceptable

Earlier UI was better, at least you can zoom pictures , i am using iPhone 13 pro, the portrait pictures of the profile is half shaded above 🤷🏻‍♂️, meaning they face or upper body gets hidden in the shade, and since you guys have removed the zoom capability i cannot even resize to check it, learn from insta collage or fb, i think earlier UI was better in this regard. Common guys you can innovate better keeping the good part, if you wanna reproduce above UI issue , try with portrait pictures of profile iniPhone 13 pro and you will be able to understand what i am saying. At least zoom functionality on picture should be there!!! Update: Guys thanks for adding the zooming functionality, however i have noticed one more problem there is something serious latency issues in loading messages, I don’t know if the messaging queue in architecture needs to be looked upon or it is the UI behaving funny, I usually get someone replied to my messages thread and i get through push notifications that someone replied but when i actually push that notifications in order to load the conversation inside the app which ideally it should, but what happens actually is that i just get my previous messaged new messages doe snot load even if i refresh the app/screen by pulling down! Please look into this as well, there are these performance issues seems like the earlier UI was bette then this one, 🤷🏻‍♂️ plus it was reliable at least.. some system design in architecture is required to cater the load, i guess..
